Technicians must maintain professional conduct at all times, arrive on time for scheduled jobs, and complete work to industry standards. Failure to maintain professional standards may result in account suspension or termination.
Service pricing is set by administrators. Payments will be processed through the platform. Technicians must not request additional payments outside the platform.
Once you accept a job, you must complete it or provide reasonable notice if cancellation is necessary. Job cards must be completed with photos, signatures, and detailed commentary.
You must protect customer information and privacy. Customer details may only be used for completing the assigned service and must not be shared or used for other purposes.
Technicians are responsible for maintaining appropriate insurance coverage. Fixrunner is not liable for damages or injuries that occur during service provision.
Fixrunner reserves the right to suspend or terminate technician accounts for violations of these terms, unprofessional conduct, or receiving consistently poor ratings.
